We have features where our customers can submit information to us (such as our contact form). Automatic Data Collection
For our internal purposes, we gather date, time, browser type, navigation history and IP address of all visitors to our web sites. This information does not contain anything that can identify users personally. We use this information for our internal security audit log, trend analysis and system administration, and to gather broad demographic information about our user base for aggregate use.
Newsletters, Updates and Mailings
At some time in the future PC Pros Hosting may elect to notify it's customers with emails. If PC Pros Hosting elects to issue emails to it's customers an opt-out link will be provided in every email. Opting out will prevent you from receiving any further emails from PC Pros Hosting. It will not, however, remove your information from our servers. Billing invoices however, are excluded from this statement.
WITH WHOM YOUR INFORMATION IS SHARED
PC Pros Hosting maintains a strict policy of not sharing any of our customer's personal information with any 3rd party. The only sharing of customer information PC Pros Hosting will partake of, is if it is required by us by law. We do make our business clients company name, and web site if available, viewable to the public in the form of a clientele list and portfolio. Only the company name and/or web site address will be listed. Non-business names will never be listed anywhere on our site.
SECURITY
We use reasonable precautions to protect our customers' personal information and to store it securely. In addition, access to all of our customers' information is restricted. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information.
LINKS
Our web sites contain links to other sites. PC Pros Hosting is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each web site to which we may link that may collect personally identifiable information.
